Man Flu and the bonny doctor

I have picked up a chest infection and have been feeling pretty rough since flying down. The great Health Service got me an appointment and I now have some penicillin so hopefully I will be okay fo Lundy as we go on Saturday. It was great managing to get an appointment, very quick but effective, we are so lucky to have such a Health Service, yet we moan a lot! I even had to pay for the prescription! The doctor was stunning, worth the visit,

Hope to get Lexi out tomorrow and that will be the last day down here with her. There is no recession down in Henley, very affluent place, another world, but lovely to see the wee one.

I have had  a bit of feedback from a few guys who were at Lockerbie with me on the book Trauma and managed to speak to Professor Gordon Turnbull but will save that for when I get back.

Yvette away and wee Lexi having a nap, watching the Tour on the Tv incredible to watch. They are so brave, I would love to go and watch it one day.
