Never take all that space for granted.

Space –

SuilivenWhat a change to my lifestyle to be down South visiting and just listened to the Out Of Doors programme on the BBC radio, homesick already but having great fun with Lexi an incredibly happy 2-year-old. She is so full of energy and fun just like her Mum and Dad.  Yvette he Mum is out on a 80 mile cycle she left at 0600 to miss the traffic as she and Dave are going the Henley Triathlon in September.  Dave does an early morning swim in the Thames as part of his training – incredible motivation by Dave Yvette and the “Complete Physiotherapy Team”.Swim 3.8k on the Royal Regatta Course in the River Thames, Bike 180k on closed roads in the stunning Chiltern Hills and run 42k through Henley and along the Thames footpath. Entries are now open for both Challenge Henley 2012and Henley Half 2012.  Both races takes place on 16th September in the stunning countryside surrounding Henley-on-Thames which is just 40 minutes from London. It is a lovely town with the river so prominent and lots of smashing walks about. with plenty of space and some incredible houses. The only problem is the traffic which makes the place so busy and the best way to travel is by walking! This suits me and the old car is parked out the way. Today the Olympic rowers come to town so we will go and watch the progression on the Thames when Yvette gets back from her cycle, if she has any energy left? Busy day ahead!

Yvetter at 0600 – off training! -80 miles to go!
