Today I head back home after a week down in Henley, I have had a great time and have seen my new Granddaughter who is only 4 weeks old. It has been poor weather with heavy rain most of the time but we had some fun but we did manage a wander between heavy showers. I will miss my lovely family but not the traffic and huge amount of people who are everywhere in such a busy area. Add to that the awful result at the rugby  yesterday and I will have to keep my head down being a proud Scot. How much I missed in my “Affair with the Mountains”

Scotland is having a full on winter, snow on the big hills is everywhere and the fun that the snow brings…
