Lots of work done towards “RideforReuben” then heading North – Maybe the Corbett Hartfell tomorrow on the way to Ayr.

Bluebell wood Greys Court near Henley – stunning. We went there yesterday and had a fun trip and away from the crowds in the park it was magic sad few people seem to smile down here, what a stunning place especailly with the Bluebells.

What a great trip South over the last 10 days the girls were in great form myself and Lexi had great early morning walks around the golfcourse and the bluebell wood with Flo the family dog. Yvette is who is training hard for her ride from Oxford to John O’ Groats from 27 May to 3 June (750 miles). I managed to help look after the girls and Dave and Yvette got out for some training and are going well – 93 miles one day. They are working so hard to be fit enough to complete a gruelling 7 days  if you would like to read more about Yvette’s trip and maybe sponsor them, please have look.

Fun days with the Girls.

I hope to leave early and be in the Borders by mid morning and if the weather allows take in a new hill a Corbett – Heartfell near Moffat.

Hart Fell is a familiar sight above Moffat when I have been driving along the M74. The summit is undistinguished but the ascent makes an excellent horse-shoe walk around the glen of the Blackhope Burn.”
