A long week.

Well that was a hard week the loss of a good friend Ted Atkins a sad time. Yet I was amazed how many pals were there if needed to help. Terry Moore who is out in Italy was superb in passing on the terrible newsand helping with things that have to be done. It is never easy telling pals that a mate had gone especially tragically. Though our feelings are nothing to what Ted’s family are going through. Hopefully the love and care from friends will help even in a small way.

I managed a short walk on the hill yesterday and and today some cycling. The weather was wet and cold on Friday but today was fine with a bit of wind.

On the Inverness Kessock Bridge .

I usually go out on my own but had a nice day in the sun with two good pals John and Mary in Inverness and the local area.

It was then get some shopping and a wander when I got back to the harbour. The Sky was stunning and then I got a call from Yvette and the Grandkids great to hear from them.
