In memory of the life of Martin Moran we would like to make a donation to the Indian Mountaineering Foundation and the Torridon Mountain Rescue Team.
The Indian Mountaineering Foundation work in mountain protection, knowledge building and creating awareness of the Indian Himalaya. The Foundation has played a pivotal role in Martin’s life, career and most recently in the rescue and recovery of Martin and 7 fellow climbers following the mountaineering accident in Nanda Devi. We cannot begin to thank them enough for their tireless efforts in this very difficult and complex operation. We hope that a monetary donation to the foundation can help to express our deep gratitude for their efforts on behalf of our family and all those involved in this tragedy.
