Many thanks to all for your support the cards and words they mean so much after I lost my sister Eleanor. We had a lovely Service to Celebrate her life in Ayr. I heard so many stories about her life that many that I never knew especially as a her life as a Cancer Nurse and the love from so many that packed the Church to Celebrate her life.
Even then she ensured that all the ladies in the Church at the service received a rose to take away there was over 80 organised by her daughter and granddaughter. That was so typical of her! We nearly ran out there were so many there.
These events remind you of what is important family friends and health. Eleanor lived a good life and was loved by her family many always there for us all. There is a huge gap in our lives but she is out of her pain and every time I see a flower I will remember her.
I am so glad I got down to see her regularly and even helped a little look after her to give my Sister Rosemary niece Judith and nephew Richard some help. These were precious times as she got weaker she never complained but was so thankful for all the help and kindness she received. We spoke openly about life and looking after each other and our families these were specail times.
Look after each other and spend time with those you love cherish the good times and live life to the full.
Thank you all.
