Looks like we may be plagued by all this heat and sunshine nonsense right through to the weekend, so enjoy it, but keep well hydrated and don’t overdo things. Heat exhaustion is a thing – and in the Scottish mountains too!

    Plagued is the right word, this is not Scottish weather : -)
