Referendum Day – At last – please stay friends whatever the decision!

Today is a huge day for us all in this great land and no matter what you think Politics will have changed for ever. The past two years have seen a huge interest in politics which can only bring good. This small nation has shown the world that we can debate despite the media hype that it has been a terrible time for all. There are and will be idiots on both sides, that is life and I am sure anyone who steps out of line will be sorted out. Everyone is interested and we will have I am sure a poll that will be huge. To see youth so animated is incredible and it can only bring good and huge political awareness. This is a country with so much to offer, so many ideas and so many great people its finest resource. I would love to be 18 again and see what happens for future generations. The whole of the UK will change after this people rightly expect more from their political masters and are now so aware. It will not be easy whatever the outcome but both sides have promised lots, we will see what happens.

What will the future bring?

What will the future bring?

Whatever the result lets shake hands and get on with life, let’s make Scotland a fairer and better place to live and be a great example to the world.  The finest resource of my country is its people and you have shown the world what we can do and that we can debate in a civilized way, I am very proud of my country whatever the outcome.

I hope we do take the huge leap forward and show what we can do, if not I will have a  broken heart but I am so glad I have lived through this time.

This is a rich and resourceful nation, let’s be peaceful at the ballot box it is the future of our country to be decided by those who live here.

Vote as you feel that is right for you and your family, do not be intimidated by anyone or anything this is huge chance and the world is watching. I never thought in my lifetime I would be part of such a passionate time but today is the day and I await the people’s decision!

Absolutely Yes Or No – the decision is yours!

The time has come

The Referendum is here

How will we vote

With heart or fear

So many views

Both good and bad

Many think we Scots are mad

To me I feel the time has come

To be the country that favours none

That all are treated all the same

Mistakes maybe made and time will tell

We have the choice no war to fight

A ballot made and who is right?

This is our chance so seize the day

Then after all has taken place

Whatever the choice we all have made

Let’s all be friends and do the best

For this great land that is so blessed!
