Lots of snow about and maybe difficult conditions to come!

Always carry a map and compass and the knowledge to use them.

Just back from a winter wander in Glen Affric there is a lot of snow about and it was snowing as we left and on the hill. At times the visibility was poor in the snow. Always be aware that snow and the weather conditions can slow you down and be prepared to cut your day accordingly. We only managed a wee hill Am Meallan 652 Metres but had a grand day out.
